Having heard from hundreds of Azure Group members, we have noted a number of reoccurring misrepresentations made by their sales staff at point of sale including:

• Promises of buyback and resale schemes that never materialised
• Promises that the timeshare purchase would be an investment and would increase in value
• Promises of guaranteed rentals

There have been a number of legal challenges made against the Azure companies which are now in liquidation, however many Azure owners may not have put forward their claim nor registered their legal right to do so with the liquidator.
